- Put the kettle on
- Feel the bottoms of your feet
- Smile
- Put approximately 2-3 Tablespoons of herbs in a quart jar. Touching the herbs with your hands is good. Don’t worry about measurement. Use more or less depending on your preferred strength
- When the kettle sings pour the boiling water over the herbs.
- CAP!
- Let stand, at least 2 hours. Overnight is even better.
- Strain and drink. You can reheat or chill to drink.
Store your infusion in the refrigerator. Keeps 2-3 days. Drink 2-3 cups each day.
Nourishing yourself with herbal infusions is a long-term process. Developing a daily routine of making and drinking your infusions will make it easier to keep nourishing yourself.
